A practical Grab & Go resource featuring simple, flexible and inclusive outdoor physical activities designed for gardens, courtyards and community outdoor spaces. Includes gentle walking activities, seated outdoor exercise, stretching and light movement ideas that encourage participation in ways that feel safe, comfortable and enjoyable for each individual. Promotes wellbeing, confidence, mobility and social connection while encouraging meaningful engagement through fresh air and natural surroundings. Activities can be adapted to suit different physical abilities, communication styles, energy levels and support needs and are suitable for one-to-one sessions, small groups or wider outdoor activity sessions across care and community settings.
