This report shares findings from NAPA’s consultation with experienced intergenerational practitioners, researchers, consultants and sector specialists. The group reviewed the draft standards and explored how they can remain practical, flexible and evidence-informed while supporting meaningful relationship-centred intergenerational practice across care settings.
