Sweet Silent Disco is a wellbeing and entertainment company delivering facilitator-led silent disco experiences for care homes, community groups, and events. Founded in 2018, we have supported over 550 care homes and 20,000 residents through engaging sessions focused on music, movement, reminiscence and social connection. Our wireless headphones allow participants to control their own volume, creating an inclusive and sensory-friendly experience suitable for all abilities, including people living with dementia. Alongside care settings, we also provide interactive experiences for community events, festivals, schools and corporate wellbeing activities, helping bring people together through fun, connection and shared experiences.
