You can nominate yourself, a colleague, your team or your whole service. Most nominations take five to ten minutes. You’ll need:

•  The name and contact details of who you’re nominating
•  The category you’re entering (see the criteria for each)
•  A 250–500 word description of why they deserve recognition
•  Optional supporting evidence (photos, testimonials, impact data, feedback)
