Why this training matters

Movement is medicine for everyone, at every level of mobility.

For people living in care, regular movement is one of the strongest predictors of wellbeing, mobility retention and falls prevention. But too often, physical activity is treated as something only for those who can walk independently, leaving people who use wheelchairs, who have limited mobility or who spend most of the day seated without meaningful options.

ReVitalyz changes that. We train activity providers, care teams and wellbeing staff to lead safe, inclusive seated sessions that adapt around every individual – so movement becomes part of everyone’s day.
