This much-loved annual competition celebrates the amazing talent that exists across the social care sector, shining a spotlight on the people who make care such a vibrant, creative and inspiring community.
Whether you’re a resident, care worker, care team, care provider, supplier or supporter of social care, we’d love to see your talent!
🏆 The winner will receive a cash prize and the opportunity to perform at NAPA’s National Activity Awards 2027, taking place on Friday 22 January 2027 at Hunton Park, Kings Langley, as NAPA celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Kunal Barot – Runner-up
Originally from West India, Kunal has been dancing since the age of seven and has built a career teaching dance and choreographing performances.
Now working as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK, he uses music and dance to bring joy to residents every day.
“Care Sector’s Got Talent is an incredible opportunity to share my love for dance. Encouraged by our Activities Coordinator, I submitted a video and was delighted to be selected.
Performing allows me to express myself in a way words cannot. My dream is to open a dance studio in the UK and use my skills to give back through voluntary work.”
